The Shoup Family
We are a silly little family with our own quirks and habits to boot. Paul with his tools, tile and endless movies. Me with my camera and scrapbooks in tow. Hannah with a vivid trail of drawings, buildings and creations and their stories to tell. Sara Kate with her princess dress, her shiny shoes, purse and chapstick. And our Mr. Man, little Mark blowing his baby bubbles. With all our happy little trinkets and toys we come together to share our life with you.
Paul & Aja
We couldn't be more awesome together... two opposties pulled together by those very characteristics we ourselves lack but could not live without now that we have found it in one another. You complete me love...
Hannah Jane
Hannah is our artist, builder and inventor. With just a simple pencil and paper she shares endless stories and tales. Often her tales enlist animals, other creatures and her family and friends amongst nature. She has inspired us all to take a cue, and step outside more often. Hannah recently learned what a peacemaker is and can always be seen in the act of being our family's favorite peacemaker.
Sara Kate
Sara Kate is our socialite. She is never at a loss for words or songs. She is always in the mood to cuddle, and cuddling up watching a movie is always a bonus in her storybook. Sara Kate is the family helper, she enjoys dishes, dusting, taking care of her family, and cooking too! She is a regular Cinderella! She enjoys playing dress up with her sister, and playing with friends. Sara Kate can always inspire us to love a little bit more.
Mark Dillon
Mark is the baby of the family. He is often surrounded by his sisters, covered in his mama's kisses, and scruffed up by his daddy's whiskers. He enjoys revving up his cars, dancing to the pencil sharpener, watching movies, and making noise. And all this... while chasing, climbing and exploring his world... with the help of his dear sissies. What more could we ask for? They are beautiful together!!

Hello, Miss Aja!
I had a couple of questions about your beautiful photo collages.
1) Which software or website do you use to create them? I've tried things like Picasa, but I really like yours.
2) Does it use up your storage space? Maddie and I ran into the problem of using up all our storage space on Picasa Web Albums when posting photos on our blog, and so I wasn't sure if they are counted as a single picture (instead of 20-50!) Haha.

Hey Miss Natalia... you are soooo grown up!! It makes me miss you SOOOO much more.
To answer your questions. I experienced the same problems. So i have a little system going on here...
1. Create collages in Shutterfly, then export to computer. And save.
2. Then open in Picasa to edit with exposure, text and such.
It ends up being like a 1-3MB picture. Can you believe that?! A huge save on space, truly.
I am so tickled that you are so talented with the camera. After your pictures from Paris... I saw that light in light. And oh, how you burn brilliantly love!! I cant wait to see your own collages.

Thank you! I'll probably be trying that out sometime soon. 1-3 MB? Definitely unbelievable. We are certainly missing you guys! Tell Little Sarah Kate (okay, so she's probably not so little anymore) "Baby" Mark, and of course the wonderful Hannah that I said "Hi!".
